I moved back in yesterday, and my co-RMA and I, along with our assistants, have already been planning the menu for the copious amounts of food we’ll be making in the next week. Get excited for a lot of food posts coming your way!
So I know I said a few posts ago that I was done baking in my apartment, but evidently that just doesn’t happen. I made these brownies at midnight the night before I moved out.

I have an abundance of carrot and zucchini. My mom sent me back to my apartment with a MASSIVE zucchini, and considering the fact that I’m moving out tomorrow, I needed to use it up.
As much as I would like to, I can’t survive on sweets, so sometimes I make real people food. Today’s “real people food” of choice was baked sweet potato fries.
Summer’s winding down and I’m now in the process of using up what’s left in my kitchen so the move out will be less of a hassle. This started out as a peanut butter banana bread, but I stumbled upon some cocoa powder in the kitchen, and the peanut butter chocolate banana bread was born.
